    This was excellent. I am at the boxing gym where I train at, and we have a huge garage door in the back of the gym, I opened it up and I was facing the sun as it hit the stairs on the boxing ring and felt greatness doing the breathing exercise. Thank you for that

    This was a very deep practise for me tonight. I felt very expansive and connected to the higher realms ❤ might need to do some extra grounding but was very beautiful, I was able to let go of my mind for little periods which is super powerful ❤ very nice! Thank you Sandy ❤

    Hey Sandy, I just want to thank you from the heart for your breathing videos. I've been diagnosed with a rare cancer in my brainstem and the breathing sessions really help me to relax. Also some symptoms disappear after a session. It helps me to connect with the space and a higher plane, which gives me comfort and peace (because it cant be cured in the end). So as far as I am able to do these exercises, I will keep doing them every day! Much love and peace!❤
